Milestones

We started our business practices in the year 1985, with the support of Late Mr. P.K. Venkataraman and Mr. Murali Venkataraman (Managing Director). Furthermore, with the support of our mentor and team, we have been able to set below cited milestones in path of success.

• 1985 - Buljin Elmec start manufacturing Rigid PCB and Toggle Switches to defense as import substitute.
• 1987- Started manufacturing Flexible PCB for M/s Pricol Coimbatore as import substitute at that period.
• 1998 - Switched over from thermal to U.V curing.
• 1999 - Bare Board Tester equipment installed.
• 2000 - Shifted to new plant at Vanagaram, Chennai.
• 2001 - Conveyorized etching & Stripping machine installed.
• 2003 - Entered into M/s Visteon India- Assembly & Soldering Started.
• 2004 - In Circuit Continuity Tester (ICCT) Installed.
• 2005 - Conveyorized Pre-treatment Line Installed -Extension of Plant area.
• 2006 - 3-Spindles CNC machine installed (Driller & Router).
• 2008 - From the year 2008, we started manufacture Aluminum base metal core PCBs(MCPCBs) for high power LED Light and we also deal with accessories like LED,drivers, light fixtures and thermal tape for indoor and outdoors lights.
• 2012 - SMD LED Soldering
• 2012 - Light Assembly line
